  • Is WI-FI available? Free WI-FI available throughout the hotel
  • Do you accept pets? We accept small size pets. Of course, no pets in the restaurant and pool areas; on the beach, they can access to the dedicated DOG BEACH areas (with a daily supplement)
  • What about the car? Do you offer a parking spot? There’s a parking spot guaranteed for each room
  • Where are you located? We are in a privileged location: directly overlooking the sea with direct access to the beach.
  • Do you offer animation services for kids? All day long, every day at the Hotel and at the beach
  • Are beverages included also out of the main meals? At the pool, at the hotel all day long, free soft-drinks and water refills At the hotel also draft beer, slushies and soft-ice. In addition, kid-friendly open bar at the hotel: natural juices, kid-friendly cocktails in a variety of delicious flavors: “peach-bananito”, strawberry and pear.
  • Is a kid’s snack included? We offer included in the price “Dina the snack”, a special kid’s meal to bring at the beach, and an afternoon snack at  3:30 p.m. at the hotel with sweet or savory options, every day.
  • May I cook food for my baby and what do you have available at your facility? Kitchenette and baby-bottle preparation station available 24/7. Vegetable broth, beef broth, baby pasta and vegetables (everything sodium-free) fresh everyday.
  • What kids services do you offer? Animation, room services, baby menu, baby corner, kid’s football. …and finally kids won’t just have to sit and watch: Kiki fun is an interactive game that is entertaining and safe, thought out specifically for our young guests. Nanny School is instead a service with experienced nannies exclusively dedicated to the youngest (8 months – 3 years old) available from Mondays to Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  and a whole lot more.
  • What can older kids do? Do you offer activities dedicated to them too? Junior Club from 12 to 17 years old at the hotel and at the beach, and dinner with entertainers from Sundays to Fridays. Free “Beach Village” water park access in Riccione, just a few steps away from the hotel. The only water park on the beach with slides and pools.
  • What if I have to give up my vacation? Don't worry, no problem!

    With us, your holiday is completely transparent – no surprises!

    • Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: full refund of the amount paid.

    • Cancellation 30 to 15 days before the holiday: a voucher equal to the deposit paid will be issued, to be used for a future stay by summer 2027.

    • Cancellation less than 15 days before the holiday: the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

    And if you leave before the end of your stay?
    If for any reason you are unable to complete your holiday, we reserve the right to charge the cost of an additional 3 nights on top of the days already enjoyed.
